Welcome to GenZGraphics. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of our digital design services, including logo design, vehicle wrap design, branding, graphics, and other custom digital artwork.

By accessing our website or purchasing a service from GenZGraphics, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Our Services

GenZGraphics provides custom digital design services, including but not limited to:

• Logo design

• Vehicle wrap design

• Branding and identity design

• Marketing graphics

• Custom digital artwork

• Other graphic design services offered through our website

The exact services, deliverables, file formats, turnaround time, and requirements may vary depending on the service purchased.

2. Custom Design Work

Our designs are created specifically according to the information, instructions, and materials provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate project information, including:

• Business name and spelling

• Text and contact information

• Preferred colors and styles

• Images and reference materials

• Vehicle information and dimensions, where applicable

• Other specifications required to complete the project

GenZGraphics is not responsible for delays or design issues resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or late information provided by the customer.

3. Payment

Full payment may be required before design work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By placing an order, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process your payment.

Prices displayed on our website are subject to change. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully placed unless otherwise agreed.

4. Design Revisions

Eligible design orders include up to 5 revisions within 30 days of the initial design delivery.

Revisions may include reasonable modifications to the original design concept, such as:

• Color changes

• Font changes

• Layout adjustments

• Minor design modifications

• Text corrections

• Reasonable changes to design elements

Revisions do not include completely redesigning the project from scratch or changing the original project requirements substantially.

Once the 5 included revisions have been used, additional revisions may be available for an additional fee.

All included revisions must be requested within 30 days of the initial design delivery.

5. Approval of Final Designs

The customer is responsible for carefully reviewing the final design before approving it.

Once a design has been approved by the customer, the project will be considered completed.

GenZGraphics is not responsible for errors that the customer approved in the final design.

6. Digital Products and Deliverables

Unless otherwise stated in the service description, GenZGraphics provides digital files only.

Depending on the service purchased, final files may include formats such as:

• PNG

• JPG/JPEG

• PDF

• SVG

• AI

• EPS

• PSD

The specific file formats provided will depend on the service purchased and the package selected.

Physical printing, installation, manufacturing, or application of vehicle wraps is not included unless explicitly stated in the order.

7. Vehicle Wrap Designs

Vehicle wrap designs are digital artwork intended for use in vehicle wrapping and printing.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information and confirming measurements, templates, dimensions, and installation requirements with their printer or wrap installer.

GenZGraphics is not responsible for printing errors, incorrect vehicle measurements, installation problems, material defects, color differences caused by printing, or damage resulting from the installation of a vehicle wrap.

Customers should have final production files reviewed by their professional printer or installer before printing.

8. No Returns or Refunds

Because our services involve custom digital work created specifically for each customer, all purchases are final and non-refundable once work has started.

GenZGraphics does not accept returns or provide refunds for completed or partially completed custom design projects.

Our included revision policy is provided to allow customers to request reasonable changes to their design.

9. Customer-Provided Materials

Customers may provide logos, photographs, artwork, trademarks, business names, fonts, images, or other materials for use in their projects.

The customer represents that they have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to use and provide those materials.

The customer is responsible for any claims arising from materials they provide to GenZGraphics.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, GenZGraphics retains the right to use original design concepts, working files, drafts, and other design materials for portfolio, marketing, promotional, and social media purposes.

Upon completion and payment of the project, the customer receives the rights to use the final approved design according to the terms of the purchased service.

Unless specifically included in the purchased package or separately agreed upon, editable source files, working files, drafts, unused concepts, and design development files are not automatically included.

Third-party fonts, stock images, graphics, or other licensed materials may be subject to their respective licensing restrictions.

11. Originality and Third-Party Materials

GenZGraphics aims to create original custom designs. However, certain projects may require third-party fonts, stock assets, mockups, or other licensed resources.

Where applicable, the use of such materials remains subject to the licenses and terms of their respective owners.

GenZGraphics does not guarantee trademark registration or legal availability of a logo or brand design.

Customers should conduct appropriate trademark searches and obtain legal advice before using a design as a registered trademark.

12. Portfolio and Marketing Rights

Unless the customer requests otherwise in writing before project completion, GenZGraphics may display completed designs in its portfolio, website, social media, advertisements, and other promotional materials.

We may display the finished design as an example of our work.

If a project contains confidential information, customers may contact us to request that the work not be publicly displayed.

13. Turnaround Times

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and may vary depending on:

• Project complexity

• Customer response time

• Number of revisions

• Availability of required information

• Changes to project requirements

Delays caused by the customer providing incomplete information, requesting additional changes, or failing to respond may extend the delivery time.

14. Communication

Customers may be required to provide information or feedback during the design process.

If a customer does not respond for an extended period, the project may be placed on hold until communication resumes.

15. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use GenZGraphics or our services for unlawful purposes or to request designs that violate applicable laws or the rights of others.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a project that we reasonably believe involves illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GenZGraphics shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of our website or design services.

Our liability relating to a specific order shall, where permitted by law, be limited to the amount paid for that particular service.

17. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information displayed on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all website content, pricing, descriptions, or availability will always be completely accurate or error-free.

We reserve the right to correct errors and update website information at any time.

18. Changes to These Terms

GenZGraphics may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date.

Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, where permitted by law.
