Return & Refund Policy

At GenZGraphics, we provide custom digital design services, including logo design, vehicle wrap design, branding graphics, and other digital artwork. Because our services are customized and work begins specifically for each customer, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

No Returns or Refunds

Due to the digital and customized nature of our services, GenZGraphics does not accept returns, cancellations, or refund requests once work on an order has started.

Once a design project has been purchased and our team has begun working on the requested design, the payment is considered non-refundable.

5 Revisions Included

We want you to be completely satisfied with your design. Every eligible design order includes up to 5 revisions within one month (30 days) from the date the initial design is delivered.

Revisions allow you to request reasonable changes to the original design concept, such as:

• Color adjustments

• Font or typography changes

• Layout modifications

• Minor design element changes

• Text corrections

• Reasonable adjustments to the existing concept

The 5 revisions are intended to improve the original design concept and do not include creating an entirely new design concept or changing the project requirements completely.

Revision Period

All included revisions must be requested within 30 days of the initial design delivery. After this period, the included revision allowance expires.

Additional revisions or substantial changes requested after the included 5 revisions may be available for an additional fee.

Design Approval

Once the customer approves the final design or the project is considered completed after the included revision period, the order is considered final and completed.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the final design carefully before approving it.

Damaged or Incorrect Files

If GenZGraphics provides a file that is technically defective, corrupted, or substantially different from the agreed design, please contact us so we can review the issue and provide a corrected file where appropriate.
