3. Design Revisions

GenZGraphics provides up to 5 revisions per design within one month of the initial design delivery.

Revision requests must relate to the original project scope. Requests for an entirely new design, substantially different concept, or additional services may be treated as a new project and may require an additional fee.

4. No Refund Policy

Due to the customized and digital nature of our services, all purchases are final and non-refundable once work has commenced.

We do not accept returns or refunds for completed or partially completed digital designs.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon completion and payment of the project, the client receives the agreed final design files and the rights specifically granted under the applicable service agreement.

Clients may not resell, redistribute, reproduce, sublicense, or claim ownership of GenZGraphics templates, unused concepts, design resources, or other materials that were not specifically transferred to them.

6. Client-Provided Materials

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any logos, photographs, trademarks, text, artwork, fonts, or other materials they provide to GenZGraphics are legally authorized for use.

GenZGraphics is not responsible for claims arising from unauthorized or infringing materials supplied by a client.
