Shipping & Delivery Policy

At GenZGraphics, we provide digital design services only. We do not sell or ship any physical products. All orders are delivered electronically through email.

1. No Physical Shipping

GenZGraphics does not provide physical products, printed materials, or physical shipments.

Therefore:

• No physical shipping charges apply.

• No tracking number will be provided.

• No courier or postal delivery is required.

• All design files are delivered digitally.

2. Logo Design Delivery

For logo design orders, the initial/final design files will be delivered electronically within 5 business days after the order is confirmed and all required project information has been received.

The files will be sent to the email address provided during checkout or the email address used to communicate with GenZGraphics.

3. Vehicle Wrap Design Delivery

For vehicle wrap design orders, the design files will be delivered electronically within 10 business days after the order is confirmed and all required vehicle information, templates, measurements, and project details have been received.

4. Revisions

Our design services include up to 5 revisions within 30 days of the initial design delivery, subject to the terms of our Return & Refund Policy and Terms of Service.

Revision requests may affect the overall completion timeline depending on the complexity of the requested changes.

5. Customer Information

To avoid delays, customers should provide all required information and materials promptly after placing an order.

This may include:

• Business name and required text

• Design preferences

• Reference images

• Existing logos or branding

• Vehicle make, model, year, and required template

• Any other project-specific information

Delivery times may be extended if required information or customer feedback is delayed.

6. Delivery Method

Completed digital files will be delivered via email.

Depending on the service purchased, files may be provided in commonly used formats such as:

• PNG

• JPG/JPEG

• PDF

• SVG

• AI

• EPS

• PSD

The exact file formats provided depend on the service or package purchased.

7. Email Delivery Issues

If you have not received your files within the applicable delivery period, please check your spam, junk, promotions, or other email folders.

If you still cannot locate your files, contact GenZGraphics and we will assist you.
